Sustainable biofuels
This Working Group aims to assess certification standards for renewable transport fuels, in co-operation with the automobile industry, taking into account the full range of carbon-cycle and environmental impacts associated with the growing of biofuel crops and the transport and distribution of the fuels. The work will directly support the objectives of QUEST’s Theme 3 activities in the field of biosphere management.
