Avoided deforestation: Reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degredation
This Working Group has fed into a NERC Knowledge Exchange Network bid REDDnet, awaiting to hear results. The intention is to optimize the use of remote sensing data combined with carbon cycle modelling to assess the climate-mitigation effectiveness of measures to halt deforestation.
